RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Nighat Apparel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every purchase you make from us. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale, discounted, or clearance items
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Stitched or altered garments
• Undergarments and intimate apparel
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
4. Wait for return approval from our team
5. Once approved, ship the product to our provided address

REFUND PROCESS

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Refunds will be issued through Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa (as per your preference)
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or wrong

EXCHANGES

We offer size or color exchanges within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to our error.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide unboxing video and photos as proof
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
