SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Nighat Apparel. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipping and delivery of our products.
DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver across all cities and regions in Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.
SHIPPING RATES
• Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): Rs. 200
• Express Delivery (1-2 business days): Rs. 400
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders of Rs. 3,000 and above
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected delivery option.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
• Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
• During sales or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1-2 days
DELIVERY TIMELINE
• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days after dispatch
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days after dispatch
• Remote areas may take an additional 1-3 days
COURIER PARTNERS
We work with Pakistan's leading courier services, including:

• Leopards Courier
• M&P (Muller & Phipps)
• PostEx
• BlueEx
The courier will be selected based on your location and product availability.
ORDER TRACKING
• A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched
• You can track your order using the courier's official website
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
• Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us
• Re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer
DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Record an unboxing video as proof
• Share order details and photos via WhatsApp: +92 306 6284243
• We will arrange a free replacement or refund after verification
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
• COD is available across Pakistan
• Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery
• Refusing a COD order without valid reason may result in restricted future orders
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping options will be announced soon.
